• The Contract

  • Sionis Marketing Solutions and our clients have officially come to an agreement – Sionis Marketing Solutions will be providing professional services as an independent contractor. This relationship is strictly business, with no intention or implications of any other sort.
  • A timeline will be established to ensure the swift provision of services, with fees applicable on a pro-rated basis from that point.
  • Our team is pleased to offer clients a comprehensive performance report each month, keeping them in the loop on all the developments of their projects.
  • To ensure proper service provisioning, both parties are expected to give at least 30 business days notice prior to any cancellation or transfer of responsibilities.
  • Sionis Marketing Solutions works to provide top-quality services, utilizing both internal resources and experienced third-party providers when necessary. This way our clients are always sure of professional results.
  • Not being an involved party in a Contract means that any rights connected to it are not applicable.

• Payment

  • Sionis Marketing Solutions offers customers the convenience of monthly service packages. To ensure top-quality work, clients must pay in full before beginning any project.
  • Sionis Marketing Solutions is committed to providing a reliable service and requires an upfront payment of 50%, with the remaining due within 7 days of services beginning. This ensures mutually beneficial trust between all involved parties, ensuring our clients can feel safe in the knowledge that their project will be efficiently completed.
  • Sionis Marketing Solutions ensures our clients stay one step ahead with monthly invoices dispatched in advance.
  • Clients must pay their monthly invoices on time to avoid immediate termination of services. Sionis Marketing Solutions reserves the right not to provide a 30-day prior notice in these cases.

• Liability

  • Sionis Marketing Solutions works diligently to deliver services on time, however, we cannot account for unexpected circumstances beyond our control. If a delay in delivery arises due to natural or ungovernable causes, Sionis Marketing Solutions is exempt from liability associated with any indirect losses incurred due to the wait.
  • To protect its clients from any potential legal issues, Sionis Marketing Solutions will defend and hold them harmless in the event of claims made related to false advertising, liability for products sold by their clientele, or infringement on a patent, copyright, and/or trademark laws. Furthermore, they guarantee no disruption or malfunctioning of services provided under this agreement along with ensuring protection against detrimental content published as a result of the submission.
  • Sionis Marketing Solutions is committed to providing clients with world-class marketing solutions. However, due to the nature of digital media, once we have shared content and information on behalf of a client it will instantly become available for public view – meaning Sionis assumes no responsibility in screening or potential repercussions from the material being publicized such as damages incurred or lost profits/goodwill, etc.

• Waiver

  • We are committed to ensuring that we execute our obligations and maintain the highest standards while serving you. Should there be an instance in which these conditions are not met, it does not grant immunity from any of the duties stipulated by the contract – merely a temporary pause on the action.
  • To ensure the validity of any waiver or change in terms and conditions, we require it to be communicated to you officially through written documentation.
